Faktoo Terms of Use

Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your access to and use of the electronic invoicing and invoice processing web application Faktoo ("Service").

The Service is provided and operated by Open-IT cz, s.r.o., Novomestska 569, 53701 Chrudim, Czechia, EU VAT ID CZ25999630 ("the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our").

The Service allows to upload, create, manage, transform, download, and send electronic invoices and similar documents and includes other features related to invoicing as outlined in the user interface.

By using the Service, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with them, please refrain from using the Service.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for all your activities on the Service. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account, whether yours or not.

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information provided while using the Service. This includes, but is not limited to your account details, the Service settings, credentials to access third-party services via the Service, or invoice data. You are not allowed to provide Us with any credentials or data which you do not own or which you are not authorized to provide.

Some features of the Service may require a paid subscription. By using the Service, you agree to pay the applicable fees, as published. Subscription fees are subject to change, and you will be notified of any changes in advance.

Liability Waiver

While we strive to ensure the Service is available at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the Service for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances.

The Service is provided "as is," without any warranties or representations, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your specific needs or that it will be error-free. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to data loss, business interruptions, or financial losses.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent Czech courts.
